Ordered 3 ft moss stick but the one they delivered was only 2.5 ft. And apparently i was asked to pay the shipping fee for exchange/ return.

Not good soil mix

I ordered soil mix for the first time, i got very good soil mix bag but weight of bag is less.
Next time i ordered again but this time i got wet mud like texture its not a soil mix compared to first bag of soil not satisfied with that product. Will thinking for next time buying
