I orrdered my first set of plants to test online plant delivery in Shamshabad Hyderabad area. Seller is around 35 km away from home so they delayed the delivery but plants reached in good condition when delivered. I understand since they are not taking delivery charges above 500 rs, it's hard to deliver in out areas. The product came in mini pickup truck in safe way.
Suffestion : You have not contacted me in 7 days from your side to keep me posted. In these days I was under the impression that it may or may not come, this does not give good customer experience. If that's improved via whatsapp update, it's great.
